At Beach Cities Rock Club, we’re more than just a music school. By design, we’re also a record store, capturing the classic American experience of discovering legendary music. As both a music school and record store, we create a space where learning meets tradition, attracting talented instructors who live and breathe music. Our teachers are more than educators—they're artists dedicated to passing down a love of music that’s rooted in culture and community.
As a record store, we’re in the trenches of the music industry, helping local bands with nation wide distribution and offering valuable insights into music product sales. Whether our students go on to become “rock stars” or not, we ensure they walk away with the knowledge to execute a project and work effectively as a team. Together, we’re committed to fostering creativity, building connections, and supporting live music throughout the South Orange County area; Specifically San Clemente, Dana Point, & San Juan Capistrano. As a longstanding presence in San Clemente, we meet every student where they are, offering personalized guidance that empowers them to reach their unique artistic goals.
With a growing deficit in arts programs across South Orange County, we’re dedicated to filling that gap. Our program goes beyond lessons, creating opportunities for students to connect with music, explore new possibilities, and become part of a supportive, vibrant community! Weekly Private Lessons
Each student has a set weekly lesson time, with instruction that’s tailored to their level and musical interests. Lessons focus on:

Band Class
Our optional band classes are available at no extra cost for students ready to play in a group. This class fosters teamwork, builds confidence, and prepares students for live performance in a fun and collaborative setting.
Recording Studio Access
One-hour lesson members have access to our professional recording studio, giving them a unique opportunity to record, mix, and share their music. This hands-on experience in music production is rarely offered in similar programs.

Student Showcase Opportunities
Throughout the year, we host Seasonal Open Mic Recitals, where each member has the chance to perform live. These events are an important part of our goal-oriented approach, giving students a chance to demonstrate their progress and shine on stage.
